Hey, I'd like to change my password, but when I click on File (with my wallet open of course) Change Password remains grayed out. I know I'm missing something simple. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

My Mac OSX wallet isn't syncing at all. It shows not connected at the bottom right. It also shows an incorrect balance but all my transactions show in the recent transaction window. It's like the wallet got hung up on an old block.

My withdrawal limit now says -40000, but I still don't have my 45000. Well, well, welly-well. Being patient. Things take time.

« on: July 24, 2014, 05:37:00 pm »what do your withdrawal records say about the transaction? i keep getting "insufficient funds (31005)", which means whatever account they are trying to send from does not have enough btsx. this is understandable since they recently upped the limit. but i'm pretty sure they are doing something wrong right now.
Mine just gives the transaction id and the time the transaction went through. I withdrew 45000 and I would hate to hear there were insufficient funds because I have a lot more to withdraw!

Mine is missing too. I guess it's a matter of patience since they upped the limit. I think I'll submit a support ticket as well, though I don't want to flood them with tickets. They've always been reliable in the past.
