Hey, I was wondering if you where having an issue with depositing pts into btc38, I deposited some and they confirmed in the blockchain, is there a long wait time to deposit PTS or did mine just not work?

I apologize dude, I didn't realize you wanted a fixed(predictable PPS rate) I'm glad you found something that works! Can't wait for you pool to come back up!

I dont understand how there not PPS systems

PPLNS pays your shares over shifts based on the blocks the pool finds in that shift

PPS pays out per share

What i described in my first post is how I calculate PPS in my pool, but I guess it isn't up to your standards.

BitShares PTS / Re: cpuminer for momentum proof-of-work

I dont think this is submitting anything or working at all, yes it finding "accepted shares" but no blocks?

I looked in debug.log of protosharesd on linux and there are a bunch of setbest and accepted but, listtransactions doesn't show anything and getbalance just says 0.00?

Maybe i'm doing something wrong or something, but this is my observation

"above target" shares are not "accepted shares". accepted shares are very rare. Right now only 1 in 65552 is valid and generate block.

K, that makes sense.

I found that Coinotron used

(your shares / total shares for the round) = % share of the rewards (block)

this is documented here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Coinotron

I also found this on the 2nd answer post here

I had a 100 shares All rejected I was Running for a hour.... 100% rejection rate!

I would think you would want to use the diff in calculator heres my idea:

PPS_SHARE_REWARD = (current_per_block_reward/SHARE_TARGET) * current_difficulty
PPS_PAYOUT = (PPS_SHARE_REWARD * PERSONS NUMBER OF SHARES) / TOTAL_POOL_SHARES
