Hi,
I purchased some Bitshares at Bittrex and now want to deposit it to my bitshares.openledger.info account/wallet, but cannot find out how to do it. When I go to Deposit/Withdraw tab at the site, it has many coins to deposit but no BTS.
What I'm doing wrong?

Thats true. I have the same problem and I NEVER saw a message that I immediately should download the backup. Which year you are living at? Normally people have just login and password for the services they use.
For me the problem even worse, I can not access my funds even from the PC and browser which I used to create my account (I didnt clear cache), just see the endless loading page...

That's the thing.. I never saw a message that I have to make a backup, because I would have done it.
I've tried, the cache is not available anymore...
Isn't a way to recover it? I see that my account is still there with all the funds inside, but I can't access it. If I search for it, says it's not mine...

openledger.info account seems to be suspended, all other sites are perfectly accessible

I try to login to my bitshares.openledger.info account from the PC on which I created this account and successfully accessed it earlier. I just see the endless 3 loading circles, see the printscreen. Unfortunately I dont have a backup file:
