Technical Support / How to access my account / wallet for BTS ?

I am really confused to get back access to my BTS coins while I created an account a long time ago.

I just saved the URL which seemed to be enough at the time.

Now, I don't know what to do as it always ask for a password apparently
which I don't remember I used... but anyway, if I did, it should be one of the few
I tried unsuccessfully.

I even created a Bitcny account at some point, and I was able to see the BTS coins.

But now, even while using the good URL, good browser, and having some login info
recorded, it does not work and tells incorrect password no matter what.

Can someone explain what I should do to open the existing accounts?

Technical Support / How to make a backup from existing account ?

I try to make a backup from an existing account,
but even if I see some info, I cannot create a new backup file (I don't find the previous one).

Could you give guidance on how to proceed?

In fact, I realize that I am viewing the balance of my original account,
while beeing inside a new account.

But now, I don't see anyway to open this other account.

Anyway, this seems so confusing anc complicated
that I am becoming really frustrated and just want to get away
from this system....

I cannot make a backup from my BTS, I cannot open the account
related to those BTS, I cannot find a way to deposit some BITCNY
in my newly account.

After 3 hours, this is really frustrating and annoying.

Please HELP ;-)

a chance, I got a way to see the balance of my bts account, while in find understanding
the URL with the name of the account.

As I probably deleted cache in the last months, is it possible to see the BTS in my balance
but they are not there really?

Also, it goes to my next question..... HOW do I make a new backup
as I don't find my original one?

I don't see anywhere in the account to make a new backup.

I need help

I just created a open-ledger account in order to store and trade my BITCNY
as it got delisted from Polo.

But, I cannot find anyway to deposit my BITCNY in this new account.

I just find the info for other coins.

Can you please help to know how to proceed?

Hi

6 mointh ago, I found the way to create a BTS online wallet.
I never went back in it since then.

Now I cannot find anywhere (any link) to be able to access my wallet.

I tried to understand the all Bitshare concept and I am TOTALLE confused and messed up with te openledger stuff.

The only option I get is to open a enw account.

In a browser, it seems that it recognized that I created a certain username.... but as I have no option to open an existing account,
the system is just keep telling that the username is already used....

I really need guidance to know how to retrieve my online wallet
and grab the BTS I have in it.
