I have a problem with a deposit of 50 SBDs through the openledger gateway. The SBDs did not arrive in my bitshares wallet since 2 days.
I also contacted the opensupport@blocktrades support, as being mentioned inside the app.

A nice guy named Dan told me, that blocktrades-support is not responsible anymore and that a guy named Serge from openledger handles it now.
He also forwarded my mail to him, but I'm still waiting for any response since then.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I admit, that I misunderstood the meaning of "transfer" and "withdraw" that time. But the message in the bitshares app was very misleading.

Looking at the poloniexwallet account you can see, that I'm not the first one, that made this mistake.
I opened a support ticket at poloniex and hopefully they send it back to me.

No pain, no gain.
