You really are NOT helping - users say that their password claims is incorrect, and you suggest for them to restore their wallet using their PASSWORD??

Find a way to sort this out please ASAP! Our funds are just hanging there! We need a way to restore the password that the site has messed up while being created, and now thinks its 'Incorrect'. My idea is that people created their account from internet explorer, and somehow it messed up their passwords.

FIX IT!

Hello all,

I also  have this problem. The password shows as ΄incorrect', even though I know for sure its not. Moreover, I have EUR of bitcoins in my account, which I CANNOT withdraw, even though I am logged in since account creation!

1. How do you suggest we change our password so that it works again?
2. Why cant I withdraw when I am already logged in, and needs my account password AGAIN, then says its incorrect?

All this seems very FRAUDY to me, and if I do not get a quick solution I will report this site. No offence!
