This might be a silly question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.
When placing a "fill or kill" order that is "killed" - do I pay any fees?

Technical Support / Is the public testnet not working?

I'm trying to connect using the API to wss://testnet.bitshares.org/ws with no success.
Is it a problem with my setup or is the testnet api down? (connecting to wss://bitshares.openledger.info/ws works fine)
Is there another public testnet or is my only option installing a private testnet?
