I purchased PPY on BitShares in both OpenLedger and Rudex, so now i have open.ppy and ppy.

I want to transfer my open.ppy to PPY (Rudex) I have tried all of the tricks online from all forums. The Openledger/open,ppy always shows "The gate is temporarily under maintenance"

My goal is to transfer all of PPY from OPEN.PPY and Rudex PPY to my PeerPlays Wallet.
