Technical Support / Failed to sync with the API server

I use the web wallet on bitshares.dacplay.org, it shows the following error. I tried all the API server nodes but the error is the same. What is the problem?

I have also updated my windows internet time, but it does not help either.

When running the Cli_wallet.exe, after importing my account and submitting an order, how can I get the list of my open order for my imported account?

I can only use the "get_account_history" command to find out the order id of my open order.

I've also tried a number of web-socket servers from the light client as well as the one in the documentation: wss://bitshares.openledger.info/ws

Also, where are the log files stored? It says logs\rpc\rpc.log - but where is that as it doesn't seem to be rooted in the folder the cli_wallet executable is called from?

I got the return as:
TLS handshake failed

I wonder whether I could use the cli_wallet without setup my own witness_node?

好像弄好了，我自己回答

在轻钱包账户公钥那里点击，找到wif私钥，用import_key命令在cli_wallet导入账户就可以了。

很久没关注，请赐教
补偿的bts是慢慢解冻的，在0.x的钱包里默认不显示，要用命令看。不用管了，先导到2.0再说，有界面可以看。

note导到2.0就没有了，要导到muse钱包才有。
