good point... they dont say whats happening in 6 days (fixed in starting post) ... tho sucha countdown refering to a revelution implied to me its about launching it...

Ethereum (often considered a Bitshares alternative) is about to start something in 6 days / 25.1.2014... (see countdown at Main site: http://ethereum.org/ )
Do you think its better than bitshares? Why yes, why no?
Is it better to invest 100% in Ethereum instead of indirectly investing 1:10 (PTS share of bitshares is 10% only)
into bitshares right now? Can bitshares outperform ethereum by factor 10?
Really thinking about it where to invest and its a tough decision.. so whats your oppinion on that and why?

correction: after half an hour it also crashed with "gpuv3" mode with the following output:

ok some updates:

on the mining hardware (with 3 graphic chips) using the following command

 ./ptsminer -u <ptsadress> -t 3 -m 28 -o ptsmine.beeeeer.org -q 1337 -a gpuv4

it starts working but then crahes after some minutes - see screenshot:



using -a gpuv3 it works like a charm - starting at low c/m but then rising up

on my notebook with 512mb vram graphics i get the following output (identical behavior with "-a gpu"):

i see ..
tho same problem using this:

 ./ptsminer -u x.x -p x -t 1 -m 28 -o http://ptsmine.beeeeer -q 1337 -a gpu

i used different parameters all resulting in the same behavior:

crash after the line of: will mine 15 round after 500 to support developer

used with platform id 0 and device id 0 ... also used the cmd version directly without the parameters of platform and device.. etc etc i tryed alot ... all the same (-> does not seem to depend on the parameters)

and no exeption is printed - it just hangs and windows informs me that the program stopped working
