Good-Day steemit Community

I believe in the steemit vision founded on the social esteem ideal and what better way to pledge support than to host a witness node.

An apt witness name wouldn't you say 'boatymcboatface', a failed democratic / public consensus naming contest given new life on the block chain which aims to correct this very failure.

Hi All,

I managed to import my keys successfully and even create a new account, I needed to reload the app after I initially launched it "View - Reload or CTRL-R"

Hi All,

I can't seem to get going with the light wallet, not matter if I use Windows 10, 8.1 or my Mac OS X.

I have my backup but I can't even get passed creating a new account, let alone importing the keys.

Failed to create wallet: TypeError: Invalid value undefined supplied to WalletTcomb/chain_id: String - Then Failed to create account.

Any ideas?

Currently trying with the 287 clinet

I downgraded to 0.5.0, imported my keys via the .JSON command and then upgrade to 0.6.2 successfully.

Thanks for the help.

DevShares / Trouble Importing Keys to DVS Wallet

Hi Guys,

I cant for the life of me get my BTS keys imported to my DVS Wallet.

I have tried the console and the GUI tool, both methods indicate success.

I also keep getting a JSON Parse error on the alert icon:

8 JSON Parse error: Unterminated string [show details]

Show details doesn't show anything, I am using the Windows client.

I pointed the BTSX Client to the default .dat file in the electrum folder under the windows roaming profile.

This worked fine, but took a few minutes to recognise in my balance.

As long as you are using windows :)
