Technical Support / New business for crypto's
« on: August 24, 2014, 12:45:59 am »
So i have a great idea that has nothing to do with promoting crypto currency, nothing to do with decentralized anything, strictly a great business idea, but would promote the blockchain that it is designed to run on, where would I find help to design the product without paying a bunch of cash to get it done (kind of hoping for bored office networking professionals/programmers to answer this)? I hope to retain a good stake in my idea and am willing to pay only minimal payments for them to be produced but am willing to cover reasonable cost's associated with a startup product, -Post question- where would i post this type of a plea for assistance?

Random Discussion / Re: BTC LOAN plz
« on: December 06, 2013, 08:41:44 pm »
I want a PTS loan so that I can contribute to the exchanges at .02% and help keep it on the xchanges which will help others buy into PTS at the same time and further its stability  :) this is the best coin on the market and trade volume needs to be higher to prove it, so if you get way to many extra BTC spindoctaa, shoot some my way and I will buy some PTS with it and trade night and day  :)

 PTS PsxYRFvhJnthCZ6Ga9HWrLqmNHh9KmNycB

[Edit]
Do you know anyone that has acquired a loan through btcjam?

Thanx all, I made transfers to an exchange and it took soooooo long, are the exchanges not as secure as wallet's? Why?

I read some exchanges has disappeared with investors BTC/fiat money.  Just bough me some shares and I feel really nervous as an early investor as the client doesnt even connect to the block source.  Some admin drop me a link to a download and still nothing.  Now my PTS sits on an exchange right now vulnerable.  This is unacceptable.

Go here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=325261.0;topicseen The wallet download worked since day one for me. follow this link and add nodes listed in thread https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=912.0 Example in console: addnode 168.63.12.227 add

BitShares PTS / Re: Coyote Pool 2.0 - One Day Rounds Proportional Payout
« on: December 06, 2013, 05:37:44 am »
Last round was mature when I ended it... so I just paid it out:  40d534a09c997b919c78458a19d6c963577f902721709ecb9776e6afdc4fd3ad

Because I broke my routine I accidentally ran the payout script from the wrong directory and thus ran the wrong executable.  As a result some of you were lucky enough to receive 2 or 3 payments.

The pool hash power is now so low that I have decided to close the pool.  The time and risk associated with maintaining it at 0 fee is no longer worth the PTS we are able to mine as a pool.

I have other things to attend to.

Someone received extra PTS? Haha! we are creatures of habit ;) operate best that way I think, I did get a couple of payments, which one is mine? And which is yours? PZXka6tYCGq6MZ4YEdDXPYisLtqUykyFkD

Keep it :)

I love free stuff!  8) thanx!

I started, but it just say "Performing Benchmark".
What does that mean, am I able to mine soon or do i have to do something additional?

The pool was closed, there are other pools, look around and see if you want to join one https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?board=11.0

Wait this pool was closed? Or are you talking about another one?

Yes this pool lost its hash power and was being run by bytemaster who is also with http://invictus-innovations.com/ and is developing the DAC's that Protoshares is designed for, Protoshares is trading steady and has stabilized, if you read around the forum he is quite busy, there are other pools people can mine on so why would he work so hard to ensure we get our satoshi proto?

General Discussion / Re: bter.com deposit help needed
« on: December 04, 2013, 05:10:06 pm »
btc38 might be a better option, its chinese too, bter.com is having problems right now, big problems, you could also post to the want to buy thread here http://bitsharestalk.org/buy-pts/  and use escrow, I am pretty sure I have seen some people interested in CNY, last night I could not find a price for CNY on bter.com, I have seen double withdrawals reported from there, I have personally had double trades on one click of the buy button, wrong amount's traded that show up in my funds sheet but not reflected in trade history , careful over there, I am not trying to keep you from trading there, just saying its got prob's be careful.

In any which way, just cause the next guy's are doing it does not make it right, pretty sure if you read the volume on each coin and calculate the cost of their percentage they charge you to make a trade they can afford to run this site right, what is going on over there, some poor boy's got rich and now sit around half drunk and cannot hardly operate, is it that damn had to outsource some IT?

General Discussion / Re: Escrow-like DAC?
« on: November 30, 2013, 06:39:07 am »
Hello, guys!

I was thinking that, maybe, a service like Escrow with a cryptocurrency model would be AMAZING! So, I ask Daniel et al: what do you think? Any ideas to make this possible?
Robozombie.

Should have posted over here http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?board=9.0 there is a way for an alt coin like that but I dont see a way to make it decentralized, which seems to be the goals of Invictus.

Oh, I definitely posted this on that section earlier, but some moderator either didn't like my post or I don't know what happened, but it was removed, either way, though. Would a decent moderator, instead of deleting this topic, just move it to the right section? Thanks in advance!

It may be that the mods want to clean that particular board up, some idea,s are just a cryptocoin idea, but fall short of being a DAC, you might suggest a new board for alt coins like the bitcointalk has, you can make your suggestion here http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=612.0 there was a suggestion for a chalkboard which I was leaning towards, any board for idea's that someone could help you with would be great, this thread http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=7.0 could help you grasp how a coin being associated with a centralized entity removes it from being decentralized-helped me anyway- although a good idea, its not anonymous in all its facets, good luck.

Look at all these people who registered just to be a tester, this being their only post. Lol I'd like to be a tester (whos actually following these projects).

lol

lftemipy sent several "i'm in" messages    :-\

Ya, its kind of funny, I thought "oh yeah I can test for these guy's!" I started thinking about it and realized that I have never really tested for nothing before, so when asked to run something on my computer I am hoping that its not command line type of stuff, just reading instructions on how to set up miner on linux I get lost, haha!
