Muse/SoundDAC / Re: Importing 0.9.3C backup into Muse
« on: January 16, 2016, 06:58:15 pm »
I think the following instruction works

1. Download and install the latest wallet at  https://github.com/peertracksinc/muse/releases/tag/v1.0.160115

2. Create an account

3. Go to Settings-Wallet Management Console

4. Click IMPORT KEYS under Key Import Tool

5. Import 0.9.3c wallet
If you don't have 0.9.3c wallet see here http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares/migration/howto-exporting-wallet.html (You have to use console)

6. Go to LOOKUP BALANCES in Wallet Management Console, and claim your balance to your account
There is actually a separate MUSE migration guide there as well: http://docs.bitshares.eu/muse

In remember that the regestried account in bts shall in the muse generic block, yes? Did you know how to do that? I want to use my old account here the same as bts:)

No... MUSE has separate and new genesis so we need to create accounts again.

get it, thanks for your infomation :)

Now you just got about 10% of your total sharedrop bts.

7140 BTS is an awful low amount looking at the amount of pts I bought back then

Try
wallet_collect_vested_balances

>> wallet_collect_vesting_balances

Error: invalid command "wallet_collect_vesting_balances"

Also if I put my account name after the wallet_collect_vesting_balances command , I get the same error message every time

When it will be lunched?

Hi everyone.

Just to clarify. We haven't announced anything because we haven't changed anything :)

Plan A is still. Make our own blockchain using the BitShares toolkit.

If ever the entire DAC would gain by merging with the SuperDAC, then we will consider it. But right now, we are sticking with plan A since I think it's much wiser to take a wait and see approach anyway.

What if the superDAC is the best thing ever coded? Then sure, we will list pros and cons and see what everyone thinks and start that whole debate.
But at least we'll have a precedent and much less moving parts and "what ifs" to consider.

So plan A it is. PeerTracks needs to plug into SOMETHING and there is a lot of work left to be done there.

All this to say, nothing has changed and we will be vocal if we ever start considering it. You will all be in the loop.

Hope this clears things up.
