However, BM needs to be careful not to burn the candle at both ends...he has many talented people around him but sometimes one of the most difficult things for an extremely talented person to do is to let others do the work they envision.  Teams grow stronger when each member is forced to step out of their comfort zones and rely on one-another. 

... can confirm .. both: difficulty to delegate work espescially if you love  doing that work ... further... teams really evolve on decentralizing different tasks!

for distributing work .. shure we can find friends on the board that would love to give a hand and contribute! Lets focus on makeing that thing first .. theres plenty of time to let the work evolve by its own!!
