Answering my own question..
Let's extend drltc's proposal just adding a couple of steps on top of it:
1. User goes over identity verification process, at the end she receives an email with a link (or just link on a webpage) like this:
bts://account/create?provider=btsregprovider.com&id=123456789ABCD (let's call it referral link)
2. User downloads the client and clicks on the link above
3. Client opens up and shows dialog where a user can enter an account name and clicks Register button (provider is selected automatically)
Further it's the same process as in drltc's proposal.

I like the idea, we can even ship the client with the pre populated list of known providers.

If you are using a client version prior to 0.4.23 try to reload the page: right click somewhere inside the client staying on account page and select Reload.

l wish that happens but NO CHANCE  because BTC e never add pre-mined crypto,unless u offer them something that l can t decline.sorry being negative

N1947, how can BitShares could be pre mined if there is no mining? If you mean initial distribution, giving a stake to early stage investors is equal to giving a stake to early stage miners - they both take risk spending their money (investors directly, miners via hardware/electricity expenses) on something without guaranteed return. I think we need to communicate this to btc-e owners.

If the RUB goes down so does the bitRUB .. so but they could easily switch over to something completely different (almost instantly) ... and could also short bitRUB and make money if people buy RUB ..

Price Limit не влияет на приоритет.
Шорт всегда выполяется по цене price feed, Price Limit нужен только тогда, когда вы не хотите шортить по текущей цене и хотите подождать момента, когда price feed сравняется с price limit.

При выставлении шорта нужно указывать Доходность (market.help.short_interest_rate) что это и где об этом почитать?

добавлю к ответу busygin только, что доходность указывается в годовом исчислении (APR), когда вы будете закрывать короткую позицию (cover), система посчитает сколько с вас списать в зависимости от того какой процент времени от года вы держали эту позицию

Не могу понять в чем нарушен социальный договор. Основное положение социального договора касается распределения долей в новых проектах - 10%/10% AGS/PTS, про поглощения там вроде ничего не было. У разработчиков Vote и Dns был и есть выбор или продолжать самостоятельно и конкурировать с BTS или влиться в BTS, они предпочли первое. 3%/3% в BTS можно рассматривать как airdrop, чтобы сделать разработчиков более сговорчивыми
Я считаю этот шаг был необходим, иначе слишком велики шансы не выжить в конкурентной борьбе, мало того что всем Dns, Vote, Bts пришлось бы конкурировать между собой, так еще не стоит забывать про NuBits, Counterparty и особенно Ethereum!
