If the market cap for btsx would be at 300 000 000 so what does it mean ... is the price higher than now 6 times higher then now?

Just now it dont work for me ...
Iopened my Bitshares-pts (v1.0.0.0-unk-beta) wallet and put in the Konsole the two codes
wallet_approve_delegate boombastic true
and
wallet_approve_delegate agsexplorer true
It says:
Method not found (code -32601)
Perhaps it happened because my wallet is synchronizing ... and that does not work. it always says '37 weeks ..' but that is another thing ....
