MemoryCoin / Re: I don't understand cryptsy's actions

I hope it never goes to cryptsy, its just going to be pumped and then dumped. Destroying the coin's value.

This was just posted on MMC's thread at cryptsy:

Guys don't worry if your altcoin is not being traded here is why.

Maritime Crypto Currency Network soon will introduce a mega crypto exchange where any new coin can be available to trade from day 1 based on marinecoin MTC you can trade with any coin anytime even the developers won't have to apply for the exchange you will just enter the coin name in the network and voila. it will appear on the exchange based on MTC value, the value of coins will be calculated based on available coins at the current block times the energy coefficient and average hardware cost of return.

We have outsourced this project to a software development firm and will be made available in a few months.

www.marinecoin.org

Sounds to good to be true, what do you guys think?

Update: Nevermind this seems to be another altcoin, I guess the devs of that coin spamming.

Thanks zvs for the find, will be checking it out in a few hours and will through it in the first post if its working for me.

Anways NEW offer has been added in the first post!!.

Enjoy guys!

I went and looked at it again..... if they don't kick you off for coin farming like some other host I've heard does (dimension or something? hah),

1 dedicated CPU core
€ 0.005
€ 0.012

the hourly price is .005 and the daily price is .012.  so i guess you would want to book it for a day.  but that would mean you could run 100 cores for like 6 days?

ed: bah, just do 95 for 7 days.

oh, I see.  you have to pay for RAM also.  each 512MB of ram is € 0.048 and you'd also need € 0.048 disk space.

not sure how many of the other things you'd need, if it's per instance, or what

it also seems to me like they meant .12 instead of .012 for the cpu core.

did their price calculator, thing.. 8 core, 5120 MB RAM, 10 GB HDD, 500 GB traffic, 100 Mbps uplink, says €1.633 / daily , not bad

Been going through their site for almost a hour and couldn't find the link to register for the free trial.

Their prices seem are amazing, I mean even cheaper than amazon ec2 instances. Could you please post the link to the registration page.

Would like to test it out, if its good as they say might keep using it after the trial.

Thanks.

Looks similar to coinmarketcap but still awesome to see MMC also.

Anyone notice that Dogecoin's volume is more than BTC volume?

People buy the weirdest stuff.

Needed a few hundred to be in that list :( atleast I am not too far away.

Wonder who has the 800k must be running a huge botnet.

We've accomplished that that is bter's address..

80k, however, May be CEO...

Those posts were posted while I was writing my post it seems.

Thats a relief if someone owned that much MMC that would of been a problem.

voted for more exposure and marketing of MMC.

Getting more people to offer services for MMC would be a great benefit. Finding a hosting company possibly that accepts MMC for VPS, website hosting.

Finding digital product sellers to accept MMC, for example MMC for xbox live, software, itune gift cards...etc

Possible "get paid to" site that offers MMC as a payment for completing offers, surveys, watching videos...etc

Getting Paid to click sites to accept MMC for advertising and allowing earnings to be withdrawn as MMC.

These type of sites usually have average people like most of us trying to earn a few bucks, some investors. They might see MMC as a great investment seeing that you could make a few hundred dollars pretty quick trading MMC.

MemoryCoin / Re: Value of MMC Going down
« on: January 08, 2014, 03:26:27 am »
Why all worry about current price, price sometimes crash even for Bitcoin.
Keep doing good work, support users, grow community and in long term everybody wins.

Bitcoin hit a 1000$ and MMC didn't budge. As you alt prices go up as bitcoin goes up. Instead MMC stayed the same or droped a few cents.

Now BTC went down 200$ since yesterday and MMC dropping too. MMC will probably be worth a few cents when bitcoin drops to the 500-600$ range.

I don't see the price going up at the time being. Seems everyone is busy fighting over paid positions and what they don't realize is that the paid salary will soon become a few dollars. Let them fight and fight until MMC is not even worth being used as toilet paper.

I'm seeing a bad ending to MMC2.0 sadly.

MemoryCoin / Re: It seems we have no CMO anymore
« on: January 07, 2014, 01:34:16 pm »
In MMC, you have a right to vote for whoever you would like to.

I suggest creating a team to handle the CMO position. $360 a day is too much for one person.

i.e. One team consisting of: Website management, Website coder, Website support, Technical Support, Central Affairs, Board Meeting Advisor, etc.
CMO is too generic of a position, and very easy to get a free lunch.

Seems like FreeTrade is looking for someone who can provide some of the above and/or more - or possibly more effort than belltown to win his vote over.

Being paid by the blockchain is absurd if you're really not putting quality work
Think of this : you do four hours of work per day to get $90 per hour. That is completely incredible to pull off.
I suggest to spoil your votes if you feel the candidate or candidates are not doing their job well enough.

That 360$ is going to be about 20$ in a few days by
the looks of it. No one will care about these positions.

Give newmine all the votes he wants until he becomes CEO, CTO, CNO...etc

People trust a guy that has not contributed anything to memorycoin and think he's going to give everyone a equal share of  coins.

Go on elect him for all positions then come back when he disappears with a 100,000$ worth of Coins and wine like little bitches.

Personally if he's elected these positions dumping all of coins and moving on. Price right now is extremely high compared to what it will be when newmine takes over.

Seeing MMC 3.0 over the horizon....

Good idea, this should help MMC alot. This would start to separate MMC from the rest of the alt coins.

MemoryCoin / Re: Newmine just got elected as CNO
« on: January 05, 2014, 05:14:58 am »
Yes that's the man.

Thank you for your support! Please vote for all 6 positions. His plan is to attempt to get elected in all positions, CNO role was just the easiest to get because FaSan and Isaac had a good battle for CNO and votes got split almost 50-50

If I send 0.0000001 1000 times does that count as a 1000 votes?
