Keyhotee / Re: Is there a Keyhotee Timeline or Development Blog?
« on: December 10, 2013, 05:58:48 am »
Same question is around me too. If Keyhotee want to be released in the New Year in three weeks from now, then when will the alpha version come out? We haven't see any update about it.
On the other hand, I think 3I teams maybe need more time to make these whole thing well. After all, we are all on the learning way.

Sorry to out of thread :D

It just says lapsed, where it usually reads credited to account. I'm assuming lapsed is just a weird translation of delayed. I'll give it a little more time, and also, where would I submit a ticket?

Thanks!

I found an ticket submit entrance link(http://www.btc38.com/trade/cs_qaa.html) from the site. But It always be redirected to the trade page(http://www.btc38.com/trade.html). Seems something not right here. :(

So actually, at the time, I recommend calling them directly. TEL:0755-66800383

The Site down? I withdrew about 36 pts from there last night and the withdrawal was saying it was "lapsed". Not sure what that means but I haven't received any pts and now I can't log on to their site. If anyone knows where we could find any info on this it would be appreciated.

The site is now in maintenance. It was said the update will take a few hours.

So do you think my withdrawal will go through after the maintenance is completed? Thanks for the update, have almost a whole bitcoin in limbo now haha, little concerning.

Not quite sure. I guess you should contact the customer service for the detail about your withdrawal if you still haven't receive your PTS  :D

ATTENTION!!

I just saw an announcement on this webpage(http://www.btc38.com/trade.html?btc38_trade_coin_name=pts).

Their Official Custom Service QQ was stolen. So you should be more careful when you  contact with them using QQ.

BitShares PTS / Re: The Market Value of ProtoShares: Price of PTS ?
« on: November 26, 2013, 01:31:45 pm »
ProtoShares has currently a market cap of $7.7 million which is still very low (peanuts!) and almost half of PTS (!) have been mined by now (957,365 of 2,000,000), see: www.coinmarketcap.com

It's currently trading at around 0.01 PTS/BTC on Cryptsy, see: www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/119  and Bter, see: www.bter.com/trade/pts_btc and not much movement for the last couple of days...

I have the impression that NOBODY (or almost nobody) has heard about PTS, it's on nobody's radar!! Just have a look at the volumes on Cryptsy and Bter, they're very low as not many people want to sell or buy... But of course, as we all know, things can change very quickly :) and my guess is that once people start hearing about PTS, its price will shoot up very quickly...

Do you think the same will happen with PTS (as what happened with BTC and LTC) or do you think price appreciation will be much slower ?

At what price do you think PTS should be trading ?

I'm interested to hear your thoughts...

1PTS=10BTC or more!!  :D
Actually I don't know the exact price of PTS should be trading. But apparently it highly depend on the success of bitshares and other DACs inheriting from protoshares.

General Discussion / Re: Transition from PTS to Bitshares
« on: November 25, 2013, 01:54:17 pm »
So What will the PTS price go just before and after release of bitshares? There may be lots of people want to get BTS so they buy PTS and few people want to sell. So the price maybe go very high. And PTS may become very cheap after people receive their BTS.
In the result, will the price fluctuate dramatically at that time?

Gotcha!

I'll add him, with the request that he is English support for the exchange and see what happens.

Update:
He excepted me as a contact.

Wonderful! So you can collect and deliver the complaints to them to help the website to be better. :)

Hey guys, just back from work and sorry not to be able to answer quickly.
Since there are more and more complaints here, I talked with the custom service of BTC38.com and ask them whether they have any English service right now.

They give me the English Service QQ ID.  46514171

If you don't familiar with the QQ. You can download it here(http://www.imqq.com/).
It's the biggest instance messenger software used in China and developed by Tencent.

lib,

When I type that into QQ, it comes back with a user "Tame ", who is 27 years old (guy) and a group, "Lu Zhi Chao's group, would like to add on the increase".
Is it one of those?

Tame is who you want to contact, I think.

Last time I talked with their customer service, they gave me this QQ, which did not displayed on the website.
So I guess this QQ(46514171) is not an official one. It's just some employee's private using QQ and this guy can talk in English.

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can sign-up for this site? I did the Google translate, but I'm missing the obvious sign-up and register page.
If you have a URL, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Top right corner of this page(http://www.btc38.com/trade.html?btc38_trade_coin_name=pts).
"用QQ帐号登录" means "using QQ to login".
So you need to download QQ Messenger(http://www.imqq.com/) and use it as you open id to login btc38.

good luck :)

Thanks,

I went here: http://reg.imqq.com  <- All English for International users, registered and have a QQ ID now, and installing messenger now, for possible chat issues in English, using the info you provided previously. =)

Great!
After install, just launch QQ with your own id.
Then click on the button I post, you'll be asked whether allowing btc38 using your QQ id to login or not.
Believe you can figure it out after that ;)

Hello,

Sorry lib but could you possibly help me too?

I withdrew 2.4 litecoins yesterday, but they never arrived at my account, although they no longer appear in my current funds.

My id is 4909, account name was bobba

Thank you.

I asked them about your 2.4 LTC problem but they said there were no record :o

So I think maybe you can contact them using QQ and their English Service QQ NO. is 46514171.
You can post your screenshot to them directly for detail check. Good luck ;D
