It's strange that a proposal with no document could get voted in with high approval rate.@fav I wonder why you vote against worker refund400k (1.4.0)?refund400k - intentional. there's no official written proposal or explanation on it - the bare minimum in my opinion.

How do you know that 2% is not another mistake? BM has ever said that he doesn't know the best parameters.
We set the expiredate to the same as the other proposal, so both parameter changes will go live in roughly 14 hours from now.
