Technical Support / Re: I need some help with recovering

So, (1) the missing accounts are created in 2.0, (2) you have brain keys of them, (3) your funds are claimed into these accounts. Right? Imo you should be able to import if you have correct brain keys.
(1) The missing accounts are created in 2.0
(2) I thought that I have brain keys of them, but it seems that somehow 2 accounts was missed
(3) Yes they were claimed
Looks strange. Maybe the missing accounts were created in another wallet, otherwise it should be able to restore from the brain key. Could you post your account names here, or PM me? The missing accounts, and the ones not missing.

Even I have password and keys I still lost some of my accounts, weird.
I got anxiety holding bts now, you never know on next update.
If you did import WIF keys, you'll need to backup the wallet and/or import the WIF keys again after import brain key, since these WIF keys can't be generated from the brain key.

//Edit: after checked your earlier posts, I found that your issue is related to web wallet of bts0.x, so my comments above won't fit your case

The word 'dilution' is a bad word to use in cryptoland.  I say we stop using it around here and not consider it.
Agree.

Maker and lending are best for increasing liquidity organically in a more market-driven, p2p fashion.  These two features combined with some market making with the reserve pool should be the first steps towards increasing liquidity.

General Discussion / Re: exchange preparing for voting
« on: January 09, 2016, 06:41:54 pm »
Have the exchange's distribute their voting power equally through all committee members. That way it shouldn't make much difference. For example, everyone would have +50M votes. It's a lot, but at least it's more distributed.

That's the same as them not voting, which is much better because then its easier to spot exchanges which do vote, thereby breaking the social contract.
Have you contacted them about this social contract because I have not .. and  I dont think they know about it ...
Sorry, but which social contract are you talking about?

How about cass's worker proposal, and why?

Hi @jakub,

What's your opinion about cass's worker proposal: 1.14.28   Graphic Design / UI/UX Design / Web Development, and why? FYI please take a look at discussion here https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,20856.0.html

@cass honestly I am very sad to hear that ( .. again, last time is when bm said no fund for developing features other than STEALTH). Both jakub and fav aren't voting. I'll ask them.

So we'll get merchants. How about users?

Distributing their voting power among several proxies may make more sense.

General Discussion / Re: Complementary currencies

This is how they do it right now:

More details here:

Nice video. However, if they already have a centralized solution and it works well, why their need BitShares?

Another challenge for adopting BitShares is privacy.

Please consider voting against this proposal since it's wrong:

A recommended markets page is a great idea, maybe @Stan could coordinate that? After the 10th when the OPENPOS token goes live on the dex, we really NEED as much help with marketing as possible. Please.
The one is already in OpenLedger, the "favorite markets" page. For you who are developing a mobile wallet, you can have your own page inside the app.

Post it to the UI/UX board? Maybe a known issue.
