No new mail in spam folder.. and yes I saw that account registered (from the transaction history of peermit-reg).

By the way, the owner key and active key of my old account are same, so keys of the new account are same as well, I think it will be problematic..  ::) how to solve?

香港离岸公司账户的额度是没有限制的，但是你做的太大来来往往太频繁会不会被监管盯上就不清楚了
国际汇款的体验很差，大银行之间可能一天内（最快），大银行到小银行之间一般3天内（最慢3，快的也可能1~2天到；只算工作日，周末还要除开），其实就是swift
跨国跨行电汇费用很高，一般总费用35~40美金/笔，同行互转可能20多美金能搞定。
至于美国A银行汇到美国B银行，我估计就会很便宜了应该不用走swift，具体费用不清楚（我估计也要几块钱吧，也可能能免费）
国际汇款体验确实很差，又贵又慢。35-40美金手续费一笔还没有算收款方被扣掉的费用吧，一般是收款还要扣0.1%。
具体渠道（时间、费用等）可以参考CCEDK等交易所的外币充值提现方式介绍，也可以看一些炒外币的交易平台的资料。
理想模式是开本地（本国）分公司做本地客户，各分公司之间内部结算，这样手续费比较省。不过要注意法律方面的问题，有些国家要license什么的。

TCNY要成功，需要有商户、有用户，目前支持bitCNY的商户是不是只有btc38？可能云币、P网这些把bitCNY列入交易对的也算。先把他们争取过来支持TCNY。

TCNY是否打算在支付领域开拓商户？现在每次30BTS的转账手续费，按市价相当于6毛钱，对小额支付来说压力还是比较大吧。如果把core_exchange_rate设置为30BTS=1~5分钱之间某个值，这30BTS由fee pool来承担，用户只花几分钱，体验会比较好。不知发行商也就是transwiser-mpaadmin是否可以承受这个运营成本？

最好是系统支持其他的定价策略，比如：100元以下转账/支付每次手续费5分，100-1000每次万分之五，1000-5000每次万分之四等等。这个手续费由发行商收取，发行商有钱赚产品才能生存。

内盘TCNY的交易对可以适当收取手续费。可能要靠BM的MAKER把内盘搞活。

最好是short单持有人可以分享部分收益，鼓励short，增加流动性。持仓时间越久收益越高。（这可能会导致有人short给自己吃利息，需要权衡一下，看怎么设计更合理）

支付手续费由商户来承担的话用户体验比较好，这可能需要开发、推广专用的GUI比如手机app。

收入主要应该是从交易额比较大的商户手里收钱，而不是盯着普通用户之间的小额转账。

i agree with tonyk here - it is not a bid clear for for i am bidding and what are the terms.
a good idea (FBAs) executed in a rush.

The purpose of the BID is help onceuponatime to know how much he could sell his stake for and to give stakeholders an opportunity to see market demand when they vote for stealth.
For STEALTH, I would rather place a bid JUST BEFORE onceuponatime is able to sell his stake. Why now? Are stake in bid orders able to vote?

For other features/UIAs, since it's able to cancel a bid, what would happen if someone bid with a big amount of stake and high price, but cancel it before you place an ask order? I think it would make more sense if ask orders are placed first, just like what METAFEES/OBITS/Moonstone did -- best to return funds to the buyers with an interest if the feature can't be implemented at last.
