See "Cashback"? It's above "Referred Accounts" on CryptoFresh.
Code: [Select]
Account Info
Lifetime fees paid 23,050 BTS
Cashback 90d - 2,820 / 14,530 BTS

I think 1.75 is OK.
maybe you can adjust it to say 1.5, but seems it make no big sense however debate will arise on it.
and definitely collateral ratio need to be at least greater than 1.

Do you know where the buyer's collateral goes?  It just seems to me we are starting with 3x collateral instead of 2x collateral, but I'm not sure.
No buyer's collateral anymore (opposite to bts 0.x). Shorters "borrow" USD and sell it, buyers buy from the sellers.

If I'm a buyer, I use BTS to buy bitUSD.  Where does the BTS go?  Does the BTS go to the short seller?  If so that can make sense. So the short puts up 2x collateral and receives 1x collateral from the buyer when the trade executes?
Shorters puts any amount of BTS as collateral as they like. More collateral, less risky of being margin called and/or forced settlement.

A link to this should be posted in the witness status thread, https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19040.15.html -- the thread is read-only to me, so I would appreciate if @bytemaster or a mod could post there.
Thanks.
So the "BitShares Upgrade Announcements" post won't be used any more?

you can irreversibly lock down those functions. just read the UIA creating stuff in the client

Which function can lock the max amount so it can not be changed ?
I don't think there is a flag to lock max amount.
An alternative is to change the owner to null-account so that no one can change any parameters of that asset any more.
Whats a null acount ?
"null-account" is an account which controlled by no one.
"BTS" asset is owned by "null-account".
Try "Explore -> accounts -> null-account " in the GUI, or try these commands in CLI:
Code: [Select]
get_asset BTS
get_account null-account

@alt  @abit both of them look like have more experience in windows
Sorry, only have Linux/OSX experience
Sorry I've only succeeded with Linux, dunno if alt did with windows.
Maybe @cgafeng knows more about windows.

Technical Support / Re: Issue with price feed script
« on: December 07, 2015, 07:12:07 pm »
But the price of BTS/CNY is usually 5% higher than normal (e.g. result=0.023, should be 0.022)
After I disabled bts/btc pairs of btc38 and yunbi, then the result looks fine.

We have tested the script with btc in both btc38 and yunbi using weighted and it was alright.  The weighted mode should adjust according to the volume with net result being the same. This was what we have seen.
Maybe it's caused by the "scaleVolumeBy" parameter? The example doesn't use this parameter.
