那个功能要出来还早。最近手头上有一些若羌灰枣，想换一些BTS，但是不知道有没有办法，可以保障双方的利益不受损失，类似淘宝，不知道比特股有没这个功能？
BM正在搞哦，github上已经看到在工作的进程。
担保交易，找第三方，第三方控制从a到b的资金流动。
看不懂，目前想趁着低价，使用若羌灰枣或是玉器换一些BTS。

1)I3的会计师不行。。。做得好就不需要交这35%税
2）只有toast家庭经济条件好点，所以敢用bts支付工资。其他的都不敢，因为美国生活费至少要2500美元一个月，除非住不花钱哦，预先支付，这可以理解。不过，这个预支算下来有几个月工资？在英文社区看到有帖子提到这个事，但是没找到详细说明，例如为什么要花，如何花。

另外，toast想运行一个100% pay rate的受托人是因为没拿到上面的预支工资？怎么不见其他人出来说要做100%受托人。

Wow, one trillion! I can't image that..Was 100% Delegate pay 50 BTS per block? At 10 seconds block, that is 6 blocks per minute. 6*60 per hour, 6*60*24 per day, 6*60*24*30=259200 BTS per month. So pay is 50 BTS per block, times 259200 = 12 960 000 BTS. Then we divide this by 101? To get 128316 BTS a month per Delegate.
Delegate Income per month at 100% for different market caps:
$2279 at 35 million, (low-pay fulltime job)
$4558 at 70 million,
$6837 at 105 million, (high-pay fulltime job)
$22790 at 350 million,
$45580 at 700 million, (3 high pay employees + $250k expenses a year)
$683700 at 10.5 billion..

If BTS is one trillion market cap now , you think shareholders would let toast have 100% payrate ? 1 % is more than enough .
Yes but I can't totally catch you..Image when the price of bts get rising.. It should be much more than that.
Don't just look at current price.
Did you read the OP? The very point of this post is the problem *with* using the current price.

There will not be 101 100% delegates .
By my est , there will only be 10-25 delegates who can have 100% payrate .
More than that , shareholders won't approve .
At this point , it's not even that easy to get all the developers to get a 100% delegate seat .
My calculations assume worst case, yes, but this is not an error, just the opposite end of the estimation bound.
So, lower bound is $200 / month, upper bound is $2500 / month.

the community can control the spending rate , easy to monitor the workers instead of a steady paycheck....
Toast works on issues as they come up and is generally helping with development tasks. So his plans are not well defined but clearly he can be trusted to use his time wisely.Doesn't I3 pay him for his work?
Much better memory alloc compare to previous version and it synced with no hassle.Agree.
What we need is a script that will burn fees daily that we can verify.To be honest if one hasn't prove himself yet, I won't vote on him..
I feel like I asked this question before but... can we verify burned funds yet ?
This still has problems, the main one being there are not enough people willing to watch everyone.. but the verifiable burning ability needs to be in place first.
This way I could #1 create a delegate at 100%. #2 when elected I just burn all funds or maybe 99%. Whatever. #3 When we know what has most value, I can stop burning and provide accountability towards that goal (instead of accountability of burning).
1,2,3.... what am I missing. Too many control freaks though. Too many managers with expectations too high.
