I propose that they are all used to buy up BTSX, and then burned.
Why? I can think of a million ways these funds can be used. Since BTS is going to have DCI I don't see how this will be of any use to the shareholders.

Burning them means distributing them equally to all shareholders. Once funds are needed for something new in the future, they are simply diluted into existance by elected delegates. There is no reason to take the risk of having an external entity holding the funds for us.

The plan has always been to move all employees to delegates and phase out I3.
If by the time we successfully achieve that and the ags donation fund still hasnt run out, what will be done with the left over money?
Btw when do u see we can achieve that?

My Proposal:
...
4) Add stake holder approved dilution without limit to BitShares X.

"Without limit"? - seems like this would lead to devaluation down the line. Did you mean a 20% dilution only to accommodate AGS and PTS?

any decision to up the total supply cap need to pass a vote by stakeholders. so worry not, stakeholders *will* (hopefully and rationally) decide what's best for all.

I dont like the part with " unlimited dilution" :/

Stakeholder approved dilution... I say this because the "hard rules" will force us into "consensus busting problems" in the future.

I am working on ideas for better control over the voting process for "hard forks"....
In that case, i hope we can get a DAC in which stakeholders get to vote on the amount of "additional shares issuance" and " share buyback".

The point here is you should assure stakeholders that any decision made to further dilute BTS will "only" benefit the DAC as a whole.

If it catches on, 2M per month in net in flow of capital is the worst case scenario imho.

i hope it is still true that Bitshares X is the protoDAC of the exchange & bank family :)
Can Stan confirm this point?

Well, your friend has some valid points there but i guess he is not so familiar with the crypto industry(?). Because apparently bitshares is the first of its kind in the industry, it's meant to improve on bitcoin's weaknesses, so basically we cant use p/e pf btc(as a company) to do valuation for bitshares.

I think a conservative p/e from a "similar" industry ( ie banking in real world) would do for an estimation of our valuation analysis. :)

I support the view that Cob should make the fundraising as close (and fair) to AGS style as possible. Because investors normally want to get an exact number (in case of a fundraising) or at least a good guess (in case of a donation i.e ags) of how much they are gonna get in return for the amount put in.

Anyway, eagerly waiting for official ann.
