I understood that Moonstone have to accept only BTC not to harm their profitability. But Here're several thoughts.
1. The main target of Moonstone is BTSers. In recent bear market, their portfolio consists of mainly BTS, not BTC.
2. It is very hard to appeal the advantage of Moonstone to outside of community.
3. BTS whales do not want to move the market downwards. That is, they are hesitate to convert their lots of BTS into BTC, for the fundraising.
4. So many are waiting for BTS price increase. But I'm not sure this happens in a month. This results in one of two scenario: 1) People suddenly sell BTS to donate Moonstone, and price will drop enormously, 2) Moonstone fails to achieve the goal.
If Moonstone accept BTS, I believe many big BTS owners will put out their cold wallet money and donate for Moonstone. The success of Moonstone will spur price increase and Moonstone may have better profitability.

I heard some of our community members (including me) are preparing Bitshares gateways. But I also found that gateways in developed countries rarely have advantages compared to traditional bank system, because the fee between developed states are so small. However, I saw a great potential in remittance market in developing countries.
What we need to do is recruiting more guys with entrepreneurship into Bitshares community. They will build gateways in the countries, and hence we will construct an effective remittance network together. (as many knows, regulations in developing countries is less strict than other countries like U.S.) Anyone here from developing countries? We need your help.

General Discussion / Impact of Moonstone on short-term price, up or down?

For many BTS believers, including me, Moonstone is very attractive investment item. But one thing we should know that Moonstone fundraising only accept BTC, not BTS. If I spent all of spare money on BTS, due to recent low prices, I need to convert my BTS into BTC. This may pull BTS price down in a short-term. Meanwhile, if Moonstone is very promising and will be able to enhance BTS ecosystem, BTS price will go up, in both short- and long-run.
Between this tension, I am not sure to which direction BTS price will go. The best case scenario may be once-gone-whales come back through Moonstone, with lots of new funds. Will be BTC up or down?

I'm wondering why BTC38 does not support bitCNY withdraw, while they have bitCNY deposit feature. Can someone ask them to add bitCNY withdraw? I already did but had a kind of miscommunication.

- Current NOTE Price = 0.256~0.29 BTS/NOTE
- Current NOTE Market Cap = 0.256~0.29 BTS/NOTE * 0.0065 $/BTS * 1,500,000,000 = $2,496,000 ~ 2,827,500 (Rank #15~20)
