When I try to do importprivkey, QT gives me:

Invalid private key (code -5)
I got the private key from another machine. And I am sure the it is correct.

I compiled src from makefile.unix, got bitcoind.

when I tried to run it, got following

Aborted (core dumped)

Am I on the good track？

Even I changed system time, it still give me same error. I just want to test speed.

Primecoin is the only well-established coin mined with CPU, with more than 10k miners working (combine ypool, rpool and beeeer).  All the other coins are mining with ASIC or GPU. I think ProtoShares will achieve the XPM marketcap in very short time. After that, need to see how the Keyhotee and Bitshares attract majority.

I want to invest in mining, just can't decide the hardware to go with.

There is a pool setup bounty. At the beginning, I think solo mining is the only way.
