General Discussion / Re: Leveraged Trade
« on: December 10, 2015, 09:08:40 am »
thanks
Thanks for posting your feedback :)

I understand Cryptonomex is delivering margin trading in in the next few months.

I follow these forums very closely and I have not heard that they will be delivering margin trading/bond market any time in the near future.

It sounds like stealth transactions are first and that isn't scheduled to be done until mid February

Thanks for the info.  I do think that implementing those features [capital market, leveraged trading] would help drive adoption substantially, and would be fairly straightforward to implement.  Bringing traders to the yard would be a good thing.  I for one would like to lend out my parked funds to traders for a yeild.  Also I'd really like to buy at the market and place stop orders (without writing scripts to do so)  any plans to implement this in the UI?

I agree with you.  Margin trading and a loan market are very important.

Does @wackou @alt @monsterer @xeroc know how much it would cost or able to do this for openledger?

The killer app will be when a successful crypto incorporates email to email transfer, piggy backing on paypals success.

This is huge, it seems Dan Larimer and the team are firing on all cylinders.  (I'm referring to the Forbes article with 3,800 views).

If the online wallet works, we could see some huge price spikes on release week or week after.

Off-topicy
I have this idea:A list of marketers with a picture and what they do on bitshares.org, and then the users can click on their favourite marketer to register their account.

So I could point everyone there and the new users would see that I am trustworthy because it  looks official and the newbies can see that we organize.

Good idea

You should have a 100% pay rate 38.

@donkypong, @Ander @anyone that knows @Erlich Bachman

Do the Larimers know this and making the system so it categorizes in the UI (User Interface) on the web wallet?

Are they integrating email addresses?

Everyone is going to want to leverage themselves somehow in this system.  The early adopters will be like the YouTube users of Piewpie or whatever his name is or smosh.

A whole cottage industry of how to promote yourself as a UIA will happen.

It's going to be nuts. Welcome to post $50 billion market cap.

It's a s'more.

Dairy Queen has 6 new blizzard flavours, http://www.dairyqueen.com/ca-en/Menu/Treats/

No offence it should have been called truffles, brownie cook dough just doesn't compare to salted caramel truffle.
