Muse/SoundDAC / Re: Welcome To The Blockchain (The Bitcoin Song)

I think we can all relate to that sentiment Toby, life just gets in the way sometimes.

@cob maybe you guys could collaborate together on a launch song or something for MUSE? Maybe this could be a really awesome opportunity that benefits you both? I can't count the number of times this song in particular has provided me the motivation needed to keep working away on projects in this field. It would be awesome to have you guys working together on something, it seems like such a perfect fit!

@cob: Just tracked down Toby's details and sent him a message recommending he sign up and pointed him to this thread.

We were actually previously in contact with Toby and I believe he is a member of the forums too. He was even going to make a song about BitShares. Not sure what happened to that project though, haven't heard any updates about it for a while, which is a shame because his music is awesome  :'(

Edit: searched for more info on this: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,13500.msg224583.html#msg224583

Looks like it's no longer happening...

You may need to claim balances:

Code: [Select]
import_balance <account name> <private key> true

Have a look and see if any of this is relevant to what you want to do: https://bitshares.org/technology/user-issued-assets/

Can I add another one?

4: Use our Reddit more. (One of our big problems I think is that we stick to ourselves here on our forums whilst every other community uses Reddit. Our Reddit is how the world sees us, not here on these forums)

Can you import the .json file to the cli wallet that you exported from 0.9.3c? Or do you specifically need some new accounts you set up on the new web wallet?

Edit: Actually ignore that, if you have already claimed the balances on a new account then you won't be able to claim them again...

1: Improved wallet UX
2: Letting everyone use the referral system, not just OpenLedger
3: Better PR (Pro-active emailing of exchanges, announcement graphics, short info/explanation videos/sites etc)
