finally imported and claimed my balance on web wallet but l have one more thing to finalize,what s this bin file when we back up web wallet? it just vlc file and l don t really how to import this if l need to.

Maybe creating another wallet and importing the keys and claiming the balance again.Chrome,l ll try with previous back up.
Are you on chrome/firefox ?
by the way l hope l not stealing your precious time l m not really familiar with this kinda things.

With the new or old backup?
Download the full blockchain.
Replace the chain folder.
Type "rescan 1" (it could take a while, check the progression info)
When the rescan is done, Export keys.
Create a new bitshares2 wallet, import the latest keys, claim balance.

« on: November 17, 2015, 11:18:09 pm »If you have only 16 keys in the backup, it could be possible that is only 5kb...in the end is just a text file with private/public keys in it (sort of)no it does not show anything other than just loading balance claims and it has been more than 30 mins still nothing
You have created a new wallet, imported the keys, and then clicked on "lookup balances" right?
Does it show you something?

Are you sure it is not 5.23 MB? Check on file properties.

« on: November 17, 2015, 09:54:17 pm »Try with wallet_export_keys C:\bitshares093c.jsonl have now backed up and imported to web wallet,last Question, how long does it take to load balance claims?
To write to C:\ it could be needed to run the bitshares client as Administrator.
If you prefer, you can save it on the desktop (or everywhere you want) with wallet_export_keys C:\Users\*yourusername*\Desktop\bitshares093c.json

Do you miss any funds in the 0.9.3c wallet?

Since you already have all your funds, you could try to export the keys anyway; then import the .json in the new bitshares2 wallet
Just use the console for exporting
