Why the download address https://github.com/dacsunlimited/bitsharesx/raw/master/CrashRpt/bin/CrashRpt1402.dll is not accessable?

很简单，代表目前已经是垄断状态，一般散户根本不可能成为代表，那些亏本做代表的言论根本不要相信
所以对于此次分配方案，已经当代表的一定支持欢迎，作为我们散户一定反对，大家都是从自己利益出发考虑

My founder id 'networker' didn't include in genesis clock. But I registered it successfully. I'v sent an email to info@bitshares.org to claim my BTS. But I didn't receive any bts and email. What shall I do now?
