楼主试试关闭bts，然后将C:\users\你的用户名\appdata\roaming\下的bitshare x目录暂时改命成其他名称，然后
启动bts，看看是否需要重新注册账号和从0开始下载区块链？

如果是的话，就表明这个方法实际上没发挥作用了，用的还是原来的目录。

第一次执行是  迁移数据+用新数据启动
以后每次执行  只是用新数据启动 ：）
