Its because fuzzy is a conspiracy theorist who doesnt need actual evidence in order to believe something.  :P

Count me in conspiracy theorists too, but Bitcoin is a cure for NWO, not their friend.

I actually believe the crisis was engineered so "Satoshi" could create bitcoin to usher in a New World Currency that would be ultimately controlled by the same people.

I fail to see how Bitcoin is a New World Currency controlled by the same paople, really. Care to explain?

What does your balance say after you login to bter.com ? Mine is completely broken. Was there a mess with user IDs?

Please, whoever is in charge, fix that Linux version, please. So I can finally use decentralized bitBTS and bitUSD. Bter situation is hurting me bad, and I'm only in it because of broken Linux Bitshares client. I can give all the support and diagnostic help developers need to fix it.

No... It's not starting again (don't know how it started that one time after reset). Even deleting config.json file does not help like it used to

Tried United Kingdom setting - doesn't work. Really don't know what to try next...

Try to describe your problem first. ;)
How it behaves?
Which version you are using?
Does it start correctly at least?

Seems like the restart of system was required... Now it seems QT client is working, so I may confirm United Kindom in is required setting in Locale>Country in Kubuntu 14.04.

BTW, seems like newest client does not have access to Bitshares console like it used to?

i have no bts on bter. but i have to say it is because our client is not usable. Most the people can not install the client or sync.

Exactly my case! And because of that, I moved my BTS to Bter and you see what happened. Client needs to get fixed ASAP.

Realised I will use console client because it works... Too bad I found out it exists just a few days ago.

It says 'unaffected coins' - we don't know if BTS has been compromised.

Is there some block explorer which could maybe tell us if someone knows their "cold"/hot wallet BTS address?

Using Kubuntu 14.04, my Country: setting is "System Country (United States Of America)", I guess this needs to be changed, but to what?

If they keep coin balances on their native chains you won't have lost anything.

Please would you explain that? I understand I've sent BTS to another address, and while it seems no BTS are stolen from them, they still control BTS and it's their good will they will return it.

As for QT wallet, it keeps on re-syncing and to be able to start it, I need to delete config.json file every time.

...and GUI client is still completely bugged. Stating "Not Connected" for no reason. Shame for such a good system, GUI is definitely the weakest point here, come on, fix that.

https://bitshares.org/resources/downloads     Here you can download file named bitsharesGUI-0.6.1-linux-x86_64.tar.gz, but it's not a GUI client. GUI client can be downloaded from https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/releases    and it's the same filename, but filesize is ~80 MB, compared to first mentioned one which is ~19 MB.

This is pretty much confusing and misleading, hope this will be fixed.
