Can I trade the GBP for EUR or even better bitEUR on ccedk?

Idea with this link is for people to send in their local currency, they do have to check the rates through, can never say for sure if its an acceptable rate or not, but the idea is for everyone this way to trade in their own local currency and then it is switched to either eur or usd depending on where you send from for you to buy biteur or bitusd through the trading pairs.

So, yes it should be possible this way

Regarding the NanoCard, one of the things I would like to add to the BitShares-Munich.de "Gear" lineup (the new website won't be launched for another month or so) is..
 
1. Branding - How about a BitShares Munich NanoCard? For a small fee we can upload our logo, graphics and company info. CCEDK prints the cards and drop-ships them directly to our customers.
 
2. Affiliateship - Sign people up for the NanoCard and get a BTS kickback.
 
3. Discounts - The more we use the NanoCard, the more third-party points we get. So, if I signup for restaurant discounts, movies or travel miles, those points will accrue every time I use my NanoCard.
 
4. Cash Back - Every year we get a cash back reward (in BTS of course) for the number of times we used the card (similar to the way Discover does it).

Really sounds like some great ideas you have there. I am preparing to bring the nanocard out to a bit more people with the help of the headtalker tool. Do you know about this? I was linked to this yesterday. It seems like a great tool for binging out a special message and got really carried away working on it, so made a special post on linkedin as well. Not sure the post as such is live yet on head talker but pls try to follow the links and join in on the support if its already possible, still being very fresh and on their site still pending for launch, althoughI managed to sign up myself to begin with.

i think i need to wait until the process is way more simplified guys, this is just way to confusing to get my head around it. Been to ccedk.com opened a account but am still unsure what to do there. Tried buying bitusd and a few other things and i just get more confused.  Really do appreciate everyones help but i think i should wait.

You can choose to send to our bank directly without mentioning the german bank as correspondent bank, it is sometimes even in sepa countries making matters even quicker if you enter this information also. Since our bank is closely working with both Deutsche Bank and Commerz Bank, so even without mentioning correspondent bank it will also work.

And although I cant tell you this for sure, it would not make sense to make new card once support for Biteur or bitusd is there. It would simply be an added feature inside wallet, and card would then perform the transactions based on which currency you have available and accessible. I know that being able to choose priority in which order you want card to pull funds is also being worked on, as this seems interesting to have added as well.

How can I buy BitEUR or Bitshares with my own local currency?
Create a deposit order on CCEDK in EUR in the approximate amount you wish to transfer, consider beneficiary and beneficiary bank information valid but disregard the correspondent bank details mentioned and use the below correspondent bank information instead like bank name and SWIFT adress, suited for the currency you are sending. No matter the amount you are mentioning in EUR, it will be adjusted according to the exchange rate used on the day of arrival to beneficiary account CCEDK.

Use correspondent SWIFT address only as additional information, do not use this as beneficiary bank swift address, you have this information already when you click on deposit page and receive PDF with all banking information.
