昨天国安过来，谈到当前溢价高增大了百城百店推广的难度。

我觉得，2是很有必要的，没有2，bitCNY的各种应用都不太谈得上。

当初，abit和我推了一个有缺陷的bsip42，导致了一些问题，我觉得，我们不能让这件事烂尾，我们有义务把事情做到底，用动态MCR方案来替代bsip42.

当然，现在最大的问题是如何获取足够投票支持，想当初BTS2.0刚出来的时候，是靠云币帮忙投票才让理事会真正运行了起来。那么当又一次面临同样的困境时，不排除再一次向交易所寻求援助。

Look at it this way: I have 1 CNY and I want 1 CNY worth of BTS.

If we put bitCNY settlement mechanism in the middle of this, 1 CNY will get me X bitCNY and 1.05 * X bitCNY will get me 1 CNY worth of BTS.

Thus X <1 -> premium

Essentially work backwards... I think settlement is affecting the market more than the market affects settlement at this juncture.

sure, any time 1CNY will get 1CNY worth of BTS, whether there is bitCNY or not.

we have seen 1bitCNY = 0.95-1.2 CNY when offset = 5%, the offset do not determine the premium. it just make sure premium >-5% supposing feed price = market price.

I seriously think it's time to return settlement offset to 1% and I believe it will also play a part in reducing bitCNY premium

no, it will help to reduce discount if there is, helpless to reduce premium.

check how many accounts exist in your wallet.
if there are many strange account, it's a bug of GUI which I have met several days ago, it consider any accounts with the same address as your account, and subscribe too many data from api server.

thanks, yes it is this issue, I haven't seen the strange accounts but everything is well when I switch to my another wallet...

I know the NO BSIP42 is a clear signal to stop manipulation and that people want the margin to get eaten.What he is doing now is not changing price feed and lowering the MSSR back to 105% so margins won't be eaten anymore.
Also he is the only bigger proxy voting for BSIP41 so i doubt this is real consensus.

margin call orders are there at the top for long time, if bitCNY holders want to eat, they had done, if they won't, no need always let the margin call orders press the price and create high bitCNY premium.

bitcrab has only about 30M voting power, everyone can know whether I am the only big proxy to support bsip41.

I will support reduce MSSR to 105% even 102% if the  feed price are reliable.
but in fact many witness still given unreasonable feed price after bsip42 have been voted out for many days.
and most of the proxies are connive these witness,
without a reliable feed price, I don't know what's the meaning to talk about MSSR.

how to ensure the balance of demand and supply on bitCNY will be a long lasting topic, I understand that bsip42 has big flaws so many people hate it,  but how about dynamic MCR? I can say nothing if this is also refused.

anyway, let's do not discuss this topic on this thread, reducing MSSR to 105% for bitCNY is an old suggestion even before bsip42(so it has a bsip#41), as now bitCNY return to high premium and serious shortage again. in this status I think bsip41 is what we have most consensus. at least it can help to reduce the bitCNY premium without doing harm.
