Muse/SoundDAC / Re: NOTE Price Analysis
« on: September 03, 2015, 04:23:24 pm »
So you are trying to say people are dumping and want to get rid of their notes?

peertracks... when are we going to see some REAL value in this project? I mean your website is far from "working" and it seems like you are only "burning" money for certain things but not pushing any beta or something useful.

but what if your CEO "runs out of money" or simply quits supporting it the way he does it right now?

basically this is the cliffhanger...

Funds
As I've mentioned before, we have weathered the storm of declining BTC prices and all the expenses we have incurred to this point so we will be coming to the end of our rope on the funds that amassed during the pre-sale – again no need to panic our CEO is putting in his own money like he did before to tie us over so, no worries there.
We are now preparing plans for a possible (probable!) private round of funding into the PeerTracks corporation to take this to the next level.

=============================
This implies one thing... "we told you that we were running out of money, so unfortunately the project couldnt be realized"

With all the fancy announcements and promises it is time to show some REAL value otherwise this is just a bubble. Sorry for being so "direct"  but crypto world taught us a lot of lessons and right now it looks like we see another iteration of delays

this kind of thread makes me wonder what those guys have been doing for the past couple of months? Are you serious talking about basic stuff NOW? Asking the community who has been waiting for almost one year to see first releases?

Very disappointing.

That is correct.
We are using Graphene (:

Another update will come in July. But not the BIG one so don't get too exited! Just a basic "what we are up to" and "where we are at" type of update.

i hope we will see some real value in the next months. don't get me wrong, but soon we approach october (1 year after the crowdsale started) and still we see only rudimentary development.

I dont understand why the project seems to loose momentum?

calling something music related after a world famous band is more than gambling with the outcome of the project. It is like smoking at a gas station.

The technical outcome will most likely be ok, but the common sense tells you to not do this, especially when you draw attention to you.

I already quoted the article about the band kraftwerk suing a company which named their product the same....

i hope this thing gets sorted out before it is too late.... Once MUSE(the Band) get their lawyers working the funds we paid last year will be nothing compared to their "fees"

What about "FORTUNE" instead of MUSE?

Please consider MUSE as a bad decision... You are talking about the legal department? Then why didnt they tell you that you might get in troubles using that name?

In germany the band Kraftwerk came up with legal actions against a company using the term Kraftwerk for their product... It was a simple mobile charging device for smartphones and tablets.

The band still was arguing that the name will be linked to the band because you can charge devices for playing music.

I mean, MUSE is a big name in the music industry and you shouldn't take the risk of being screwed by things like that.

Just an advice no offense, because I like the project and I am heavily invested ;)
