众所周知见证人支出属于BTS网络运转成本的一部分。
目前见证人每个块 1 BTS收入，每个月总支出864000BTS（实际考虑到丢块和延时，要低于这个数字），合人民币400多万，这显然不是一个低成本的网络了。社区最近也有声音要求降低见证人收入。因此做这个调查，看一下大家的预期。
注意： 此结果仅作为一个民意调查供理事会参考，具体结果以理事会投票为准。

提案应该是有有效期的，我忘记是不是24消失了。提案消失后就会返还的。

是分叉导致的。很久不分叉，导致大家不习惯了，没太重视，结果大家都忘记及时通知交易所，导致有些币在旧链上。
