If it's accepted by the conference, I'll plan to try to travel over there to give a talk on the research as long as my research worker proposal has been funded sufficiently by then to support a long-term project.
If it happens that I don't have sufficient levels of project funding by then but my paper is accepted anyway, will your worker be able to reimburse my travel to Greece for this? If so, the final published version of the paper would still reference BitShares as the source of funds for the work, if that's any concern to you.

I am confused by the way you have setup the table there. You mention incoming and outgoing payments, and I can't identify where this workers own budget comes in. My questions:
- How much funds have been collected through this worker?
- Where are those funds shown in the table of https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=25196.15?
- Is there anything left over that will be returned?
- Can you please clarify what "market fee for huodongxing" and "safeguard service" is?
Please summarize and finalize this worker before tapping into funds of another worker.
I think you misunderstood something. The table in your link was for 1st Devcon, which was not covered by a worker. The accounting for 2nd Devcon, which is covered by this worker, will be reported for sure, just give them some time to relax. They need some time to summarize income/outcome, follow up all media, pay bills, etc.. I assume they will finish everything within a month after Devcon.

worker报告都有的，而且很详细，只是你没仔细去找。比如core team的Ui的这些都在foundation网站。

Sorry for the annoyance. How much equivalent value in bitUSD was already used from this worker in your opinion? Might be that this issue reduces to plain accounting, I simply don't understand it atm.
up to now the 147k CNY for 1st Devcon was paid by myself personally, without getting any fund from still or this worker.
jademont and I have talked about this with still several months ago, he rejected to provide more detail of the worker expense and just told us to get needed fund from what was left from the worker.
so one choice is to pay this 147k CNY to me from the left fund of the worker, as the expense detail is clear and is in plan of BTS Greater China Representative, and at the same time we will continue to request still to provide more clarification of the other expenses. although we are not 100% sure we can get this done.

The time flow is like this:
Before the worker was ended in 2018, witness.still confirmed to cover the expense of bitcrab for 1st Devcon by this worker.
Then witness.still has never provided transparency for this worker in this post since that.
bitcrab and me contacted him and asked him to provide transparency and reporting of this worker to end this worker, so bitcrab can get him money back.
Request was ignored.

I have looked into the introduction of this meeting, it seems pretty good, therefore I would like to see the presence of BitShares on this conference.

讨论这么热闹，我也发表下观点：
1、bitCNY作为BTS系统稳定币，增加其发行量不应该是首要目的。 发行量要跟需求匹配，“够市场用”即可。历史已经证明，发行再多的bitCNY，如果都用来加杠杆买入更多BTS，那么跌下来的时候发行量降低的速度比之前增加的还快，而这个过程对BTS系统的伤害很难修复。
2、“够市场用”的意思是各种应用对BTS的需求，比如百城百店商户的储备金，比如法币进出承兑商的储备金等等，绝不是赌徒们贴现抵押对bitCNY的需求。
3、目前很多调整都是侧重纯金融方面的奇技淫巧，而对BTS的基本面没有什么促进作用，这也就是BTS表现不佳的原因，因为无法传递给外部资金。相比而言，我对于即将上线的资产推广市场费分成，HTLC跨链交易，barter 交易等等比较看好。bitCNY永远是个为BTS服务的附属物，不应该是BTS的主角。把内盘体验做到足够好，把市场推广做好，用BTS来赚钱的人足够多，bitCNY供应量还会这么低？

comparing to the daily BTS release via worker proposal budget, the market fee accumulation is so few that can be ignored and will not generate obvious effect.
I prefer to set smartcoins 100% market fee sharing, I believe this will greatly encourage users to become lifetime member and invite more users to come to BTS ecosystem.
this is a much better way to use the smartcoin market fee than "buy back BTS and burn".
