please show that you're still active and what you're currently working on in BitShares within 24hours.

I'll vote accordingly and can only urge anyone else to do the same.

and it'll be super easy.

Vote for: Python-steem and uptick 1.14.52  @xeroc 's worker.

I understand that it's not a big deal to convert existing steem explorer code to bitshares, and as far as I'm aware he'd even host the server with the worker money.

and if you still don't see the tremendous value, let me quote:

PyBitShares will simplify using the BitShares blockchain and build businesses around BitShares and I am not just talking about faucets or mm bots. Any kind of buisness that wants to run on top of BitShares could build a MVP in python very quickly and move over to custom libs/code while they grow their user base. Or they stick with pybitshares which is build with scalability in mind.

In my opinion, this is 1000 times more worth than (for example) $1k random advertising.

In case you're voting for the worker already, consider removing your vote for the 400k refund to lower the entry bar.

General Discussion / #MakeBitSharesGreatAgain Referral Program Proposal 1
« on: January 19, 2017, 12:03:26 pm »
1. Hardcode Upgrade Costs
it's impossible to plan long term if some random people in the committee can change it in a heartbeat
2. Currency should be bitUSD (upgrade & payout)
bitCNY is out of question, according to @bitcrab Chinese community would not use it anyways
3. Exclude BTS TX Fees from the referral program
fees are no incentive in my opinion. premium features are.

from this point on, we can think about adding premium features which would make upgrading worth it.

following up on the discussion on telegram, we feel that ICO does not represent current state of project offerings as we know them on BitShares (Tokens).

Here's my take on it:

ISO - Initial Stake Offer represents a stake in a Project distributed on Token basis via a Blockchain. Unlike ICO (Initial Coin Offering), a ISO is not meant as a monetary unit or technological advancement. Much like its older Brother, IPO, the promise is sharing revenue, for example by paying out dividends or share buyback, to all Token Holders. Initial Stake Offerings are decentralized and censorship proof by nature, but can be used as white-listed offerings and in combination with KYC (Know Your Customer) to meet certain regulations.

would be awesome if the BitShares community could establish a new abbreviation in crypto.
