It seems like you sent your funds to poloniexwallet. This is the real Poloniex wallet, did you enter the wrong memo? If so, you need to contact Poloniex support, as I cannot help you here.

If you can outline an exact step-by-step process which can followed by anyone to reproduce the bug, then we can consider it a bug, and can take appropriate actions to fix it. Until then, there just isn't enough data, no matter how strongly you plead- this isn't a game of belief.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Bitshares is a business. We should decide. And we have- showcasing both options is the decision made thus far. I'm sharing my opinion based on all the problems that it is causing our users.

Not only this, but half of the customer support requests involve confusing the account model with the wallet model. We should stick to having only one option and having the other option in an "Advanced" tab or something similar.
