Here's a guy creating his own freakshow sovereign nation in the middle of nowhere the Utah wilderness.

These Q&A's should go in an "Advanced FAQ's" section...  Very well done and thank you.

Has any one heard of Sovereign Man?  They have 100,000 subscribers...

Perhaps a qualified person from this community can reach out to this group?

I am one of those subscribers.  :)

They specialize in techniques and tools for internationalizing your life.  BitShares would be an excellent tool in their locker, although it might take some cold-call skills that exceed my own abilities to make it happen.  I'll forward this to four guys you know who have such skills and see which one lands the 100,000 members referral fee first.

Feel free to engage if you have special connections with Doug Casey's organization.

If we could make it really easy for him to do so...i think i could get jim willie to accept our crypto to subscribe to his newsletter.  If we get that done...it wont be nearly as difficult to get others in that demographic to join up.

Wouldn't it be in his self interest to get the referral credit, at least in theory?

Nope... because if i get them onboard, all they are going to do is buy the premium membership and id gain 80 dollars.

Then you're not selling them the right deal!  Don't teach them how to refer their customers, teach them how to host a Cryptonomex product like Exchange-in-a-Box and get a percentage of our deal.

You need to think bigger, Pinky!  :)

What is the difference between a "Partner"  , "Client" , "Customer" if we are using the company metaphor to describe Bitshares?

The difference is perception. If a scam artist is officially "partnered" with Bts, that is a big hole that is hard to climb out of! Especially when Bts is already trying to climb out of it's own public perception hole!

Bitshares will shine the light. We will see.

Also,  can you offer any constructive criticism to the Bts project?  Advise?

Yes, I would love to hear it, too.
Actually, your criticism (provided it's constructive) is worth much more for me than potential praise.

Agreed. Constructive criticism is more valuable internally. But being cast in good light is more important during an interview IMO.

Hi Charles,

Great interview... on your end.  I did not care for the interviewer or the production quality.  I would cringe whenever the interviewer spoke, and would have to turn up the volume and listen closely when you would speak.

Also,  can you offer any constructive criticism to the Bts project?  Advise?  Help in any way?  Will you participate in the referral program?  Do you own any Bitshares?  If so, wouldn't it be in your interest to grow the value of those shares?

I would have liked for you to speak highly of Bts in your interview.  I'm not saying it's your job to promote it, nor to bend sideways just to talk about it, but if you are a friend to the project  then you could have used at least one breath to praise how Bts is the most advanced crypto project in the world (or am I wrong on this?).

Thank you for your contributions to this space and I wish you the best on your ventures!

Personally, I don't expect anything from ETH.
They burned huge piles of money, and come out with a half-assed product which depends on others to be at least a bit functional, and leave the core development for other profitable businesses now. Big business won't use their chain for IoT applications, they'll start an own chain.

The BTS team has been dedicated to the core product for a very long time (in crypto world), got a fully working product and businesses already using it.

Therefor my position is long BTS, short ETH. If that helps your decision in any way ;)

Truth!
