I've been looking for a way to buy bitshares, but the only solution is if I buy bitcoin then change the bitcoin to bitshares. Will this change in the future, or am I wrong and just haven't found an exchange that deal with dollars to bitshares or euro to bitshares, yet?

So I'm a bit confused about the blockchain for bitshares. It doesn't seem to be the same as the one for bitcoin. For instance you cannot find details on the transaction history.
Does this mean bitshares is private and no one can tell what you've got or who you're sending it to?

Is it just me or is it exploitative
I can only do tasks that are 0.50 points, there are only 2 jobs with 50 tasks each, in order to get my bitcoin I have to make 180 points that's 360 tasks that take 3 min each
