why not include marketdephs as a parameter?

for example

we could bind the max contract size to the marketdephs at that moment starting with a minimum contract size.

like only 1000 BitUSD are sold and bought in the past, the max order size per account could only be X BitUSD. So for one account here is not a problem anymore.
I am aware that this idea could not prefent fraud from more than 1 account but this kind of problem you will have all the time.

1. i don't know the entrypoint of them, but for me this price is not interesting for a sell. I invested in AGS and bought PTS for the transfered PTS and BTSX value transfer i am at a loss right know.
so maybe there are really early adaptors. they mined cheap PTS and know they sell it.

i don't care, but i like the price so i can buy more. I already increased my BTSX +25%. why i did it? the client is really nice and as soon as the market functions included it will be a new game for BTSX.

What should be done about Marketing?

i would say everything you can think about. it is still early, so when the trading is possible then we should get the thing rolling. maybe some good point in the future will be the risk you have in trading when you broker trades against you or get bankrupt and you get nothing back. in my opionen i get the same adavantages in the future if i trade via bitshares X as i use bitcoin.

Advantage against old business model:

1. no trust in 3 party needed. so if i keep my privatkeys save i will not get loose my money because my broker is broke.
2. trading fees should be much cheaper then by the central exchanges

so maybe in the begining we should focus to 2. and when the next market crisis ocurres we will hit hard with 1.

First of all is this wallet that I can download at autodac limited website a stable version? It seems to me that I read somewhere on the forum that everybody are awaiting stable version. Also I don't see anywhere a SHA checksum to check for a download integrity, is this even necessary?

i downloaded the wallet for windows at bitshares-x.info because bytemaster gave his ok for this it runs stable on my computer, but some people reporting crashes.

If I understood right, BTSX wallet is a combination of NXT brain wallet and BTC qt wallet. There is a master password needed to send funds but IS THIS MASTER PASSWORD ALSO NECESSARY TO ACCESS MY ACOUNT?

WHat is the role of the wallet.dat file? What happens if my hard drive fails and I need to download a wallet to the other computer, is the wallet.dat file and my password necessary in order to do a clean install on the other computer?

in the client you cent export the wallet in json form. In a case of harddrive crash you need it and of corse your master password

I see that there is an option to register name in the account. IS THE NAME REGISTRATION OBLIGATORY? Furthermore, can we use these names to send funds to other people. Or we can only send funds via public key that we can find under advance tab.

i think the registration is Obligatory, but yes you can send via the name, so it will be much easier on the long run
