E.g. if you turned Market Maker Incentivization into a worker proposal, I'd vote for it instead of the stealth proposal.

Please let me know what we have promised which you believe we will not deliver? If you are one of the OBITS owners who wants to buy back on feb 1st, I guess you are hoping all will happen before that time so that price will jump, but price will jump on the OBITS owners believing in OpenLedger and BTS 2.0 platform only, an that can take months to even a year from now before we have all up and fully functional on the platform, and mind you this is not CCEDK making that possible, it is the shareholers all holding an interest in making BitShares platform stand as something unique and wordth fighting for.
If you dont believe in the platform and therefore also OpenLedger I suggest you sell OBITS asap, but otherwise, I cannot really understand why you would start talking about overpromising on something where you if you are an OBITS owner is all part of making magic happen!
Negaitivity has never made any goals, but believing can create wonders!

The goal in 2016 is 120-180 signups a day, which I believe will come soon in the new year, making us reach an approx amount of users 60.000 by the end of 2016 if all works more or less according to expectations.
With 60.000 users on exchange, it is not far from an estimated daily volume in profits of some USD 4000-6000 equivalent, and we have reached the goal of doing the same as some of the top 5 major exchanges, and 2017 will be all about the sky is really the limit!
Other news: Within next 10 day we have a special high quality use case video out, with the tag title OpenLedger - Smart Trading Decentralized, pointing out the difference between centralized and decentralized with OpenLedger in focus an OBITS as the profitable example of an asset on platform. TCNY是否打算在支付领域开拓商户？现在每次30BTS的转账手续费，按市价相当于6毛钱，对小额支付来说压力还是比较大吧。如果把core_exchange_rate设置为30BTS=1~5分钱之间某个值，这30BTS由fee pool来承担，用户只花几分钱，体验会比较好。不知发行商也就是transwiser-mpaadmin是否可以承受这个运营成本？这样降低手续费可能有问题，对VIP用户有80%手续费返现，可以通过刷单赚手续费返回的BTSQuote最好是short单持有人可以分享部分收益，鼓励short，增加流动性。持仓时间越久收益越高。（这可能会导致有人short给自己吃利息，需要权衡一下，看怎么设计更合理）除非是 TCNY持有人补贴空头持有人，否则任何补贴都很难防止自己 short 给自己的人。
我觉得可以鼓励大家 short 出来TCNY买 transwiser 股票
一方面通过股票分红又增加流动性，另一方面降低参与者中投机者的比例，增加 TCNY 的稳定性

I think one of the best things is how you engage bitcoiners. Somehow you keep everybody in the room happy even though many of the solutions you allude to circumvent the bitcoin holy water.
On a much more general note, and I stage this for everybody, Charles' allusions to negative relationships with bitshares and lack of mentions of its problem solving strategies that seemingly would have blended tremendously with the talk possibly speak generally to Bitshares' PR problem. Charles has a very strong working knowledge of bitshares yet must avoid speaking positively about it. It's an awful quandary in my opinion.
I am in the camp that PR and marketing may be best served at the application level by entrepreneurs, but none the less, I am certain it would be valuable to have a world-class CS and blockchain guy like Charles speaking positively and guiding devs and entrepreneurial, interested and bright folk to the project.
After finishing the video, my predominant thought was to have the blockchain pay a high-profile and very knowledgeable guy such as Charles to speak and do Q&A at these types of conferences. Some shareholders fret about about paying for marketing, but with escrow based on proof of performance it could be handled in a measurable way by a trusted team such as Bunker Chain Labs. It would also be a very nice demonstration of a Smart Contract
Does anyone agree bitshares would benefit from some public face driving entrepreneurs and devs to the platform? Or are there better avenues?

强清功能出现在轻钱包的时候，系统并未做好准备，不但CNY喂价依然明显偏低，强清的参数之一“最大清算量”的设计值2% 也被错设成了20%，这两者都极大地增加了shorter的风险，而且这风险是本不该有的，在费了九牛二虎之力终于把这两个危险因素消除之后，总算可以松一口气。
现在的BitCNY，虽然强清给shorter带来的风险已被降至最低，但还是有一个让人蛋疼的地方，就是强清的后果之一是给BitCNY带来了溢价，换句话说如果你有空仓，你就完全不乐意以1:1的价格出售BitCNY，因为这意味着你在给有可能向你发起强清的人提供子弹。
那么也就是说transwiser的1:1承兑的模式在现在的BitCNY这里已经进行不下去了。
其实还可以继续改，BitCNY有一个"force_settlement_offset_percent“的参数，是设定强清时发起强清一方向shorter的补偿的，如果设定一个合适的值（2%~5%？）那么是可以消除掉BitCNY的溢价的，重新使承兑成为可能的。
但我已经没兴趣为此再去理事会战斗了，因为我发现了解决问题的更好的方式，那就是-发行私人智能货币。
BTS2.0里新增了发行私人智能货币的功能，也就是说，任何用户都可以创造一种类似BitCNY这样的资产，比如叫TCNY,设定各种参数，然后其它用户可以象发行BitCNY一样抵押BTS来发行TCNY。
那么，我可以根据我对市场的理解来设定各种参数，做出来一个比BitCNY更符合市场需要的货币。
提供网关服务，引入各种交易品种到BTS中和TCNY交易。
而且TCNY的创造者还可以定义费率，收取费用。
所以啊,BM给给你提供了搞私人智能货币得可能，你还在那里苦逼地搞BitCNY不是傻逼吗？
要搞就搞得像模像样点，第一步，先拉几个人一起，包括但不限于我，暴走，咕噜，alt，成立一个理事会，货币参数的改动必须由理事会成员以类似N/M签名的方式决定。
然后是确定发行的各种参数，这个且听下回分解。。。

have one idea to create a stable currency. create a X coin or UIA 50% that is volume of bitshares have the same price and is lock in the blockchain. The x coin have the same relationship like Singapore and Brunei. Example someone want to create stable USD currency. Now the Settlement price of BTS to USD is 300 BTS that person use 300BTS can create stable USD currency the x coin automatically top up the difference the BTS price the person use to create stable USD currency is show in his wallet
