Technical Support / "Can not validate return address" Shapeshift

Hello,

I am trying to send BTS to Shapeshift but I am getting the following error: "Can not validate return address". I have tried inputing my account name and the public key, I get the same error. Unfortunately, Shapeshift has not replied since yesterday.

Does anyone have any insight to the issue?

How would the community feel about this? Is there demand for such a service?

We have been considering launching such a service and have people that are experienced in cloud infrastructure and data center engineering.

In the efforts for Team Viral to have a guide, I believe we need to start a keyword list. We will then develop viral/online strategies around it.

Has anyone in Invictus done this yet or perhaps already exists in the forum? Regardless I think a good exercise is to list your ideas here so we can generate a master list.

BitShares PTS / PTS Withdrawl from BTER not arriving in wallet!

I withdrew PTS from BTER on 2/27/14 at 4pm EST, and it has not shown up in my wallet. I have done this many times before and the process was fast and without issue. Now it has been 7 hours and no sign of the PTS yet in the wallet, and the withdrawl is confirmed as a record in my BTER history!

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
