Very cool! Good job. Thoughts:

1) Non-proportional awards for DOGE and BTC... Dogecoin's about to get dusted!
2) Secure distributed RNG, I'm pretty sure Denny's DPOS approach solves that. Any plans to play nice regarding possible name collisions? I'm sure you would not appreciate it if he called his "LottoShares 2.0"
3) Not honoring AGS... Might be reasonable if you're making a point about how they didn't give you any funds, but the point is the distribution list and not shows of allegiance. I don't think a fork is a threat because of Denny's lotto DAC and there is no precedent to show AGS is a good target.

There is not a large intersection of people who "get it" and people who write well. Crowdsourcing doesn't cut it as editing by core team is another 80% work on top.

Stan and Charles Evans are good, but who else?

They are essentially at checkpoint "bitshares ME"... but with a few interesting twists

Each business using Peershares will have their own blockchain that is independent of all others. Blockchains can be secured cheaply and easily using Peercoin’s proof-of-stake, once the initial (issuer-controlled) shares has been generated using proof-of-work.

I imagine the POW sidechain distribution can be fixed pretty quickly... Otherwise not sure what to think except it seems like a natural progression from ME in the long term. Might be too long-term to be worth the development overhead? I have no idea what I'm talking about.

We are thrilled that so many people are eager to see us succeed. Because a business owner using Peershares must purchase Peercoins before he can distribute them as dividends, Peershares will certainly increase demand for Peercoins.

I'm wondering if there is already a Domains script in the works?
Here's some word blobs I wrote that need to be strung together:

We're all used to typing ".com" or ".org" into a browser to access a website. And we all know that if you want your own ".com", you just have to buy one from a registrar. But how many people actually know what a registrar is? Where did they originally get those names?

Unfortunately, there's more to it than bloated costs and barriers to entry. Traditional DNS is highly centralized and susceptible to censorship and man-in-the-middle attacks. Even Google has had its SSL certificates compromised by spy agencies, without their knowledge or permission.
