确实，应该把外链资产引进来，比如用合约做币币承兑，搞成池，用户存币赚钱，关键是不kyc这个优势用起来！

xn-delegate 不接受投票威胁打补丁，理由如下：
1.代码未经测试；
2.回滚同样应该发起BSIP。
3.威胁证人会给网络造成不稳定性和安全隐患。

1. Code confirmation test;
2. Rollback should also initiate BSIP.
3. Threatening witnesses will cause instability and security risks to the network.

一直在思考怎么让公链代币有新的应用场景，经过近一年时间的数据收集最终决定启动“希奇”项目，此项目是一个基于智能合约的二手商品交换市场；
为了让用户体验达到传统产品的效果，希望BTS++有App唤醒支付功能，因为目前的转账功能太基础了，相比传统支付方式差得太远，虽然可以扫码，但是目前大多用户都是移动用户，如果用一个手机下单，另一个手机扫码，这体验真的很难受。所以为了社区应用场景的扩展，希望公会支持此功能的添加。
“希奇”目前处于开发中，预计3月开始内测，所以希望在内测时就可以支持BTS上的相关代币，其中包括BTS、bitCNY、bitUSD等。

I don't want to waste time, so if you can contact xeroc admit to vote out those witness still give wrong feed price tomorrow.
I will support reduce MSSR soon.
I will look into this an moment.
edit:
I just removed my vote from witnesses xn-delegate, roelandp, and xman as they are feeding CNY prices that are more than 8% off.
gdex-witness promised to fix their feed script shortly.
I have also removed openledger-dc since they feed a USD price that is almost 20% off.
Sorry, I am in China, the feed price has been revised, I hope you can continue to vote for me.

应该是外盘取平均，与内盘取最大，看内盘深度，如果到达某个理想深度，就取消外盘喂价
