Why now dont work rpc calls?
For example:
curl --data '{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "get_account_history", "params": ["customminer", "1000"], "id": 1}' bitshares.openledger.info/ws

or:
curl --silent --data '{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "id":1, "method":"get_order_book", "params":["USD","OPEN.ETH",2]}' https://bitshares.openledger.info/ws

all works 5-6 month ago.
now return 403 Forbidden

Openledger / Again, the withdrawal of USDT does not work.

Again, the withdrawal of USDT and other coins from http://omnichest.info does not work.
Since 10.03.17 there is not one withdrawal operation from the openledger wallet http://omnichest.info/lookupadd.aspx?address=1BbthWvgjMSUcuUPexD4GjJ1ui2YCY6WJU
People try to withdraw and their coins are unavailable for a few days.
They open tickets in support and are nervous.
Why openledger not close the withdrawal on the output page when it is impossible to withdraw?

I have account (wallet) on bitshares.org,
I try to withdraw 56 USDT (block #17324409 june 11 2017) to my account
on poloniex.com.
I only got 50.31 USDT on my account on poloniex.com.
What the transfer fee for withdraw USDT on openledger-wallet?
Where i can get info about it (transfer fee)?
