I am in China, I plan to move to Canada this year, so I want to find a job in Canada, the best city is Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa.
other country like USA, Germany also can consider.
I am good at software engineer, and Linux system engineer.
Post in this forum, because  the  best job i wanna is about Bitshares.

what do you think about call auction?
I think it can help trade market.so I have implement a call auction service.
if you want to sell BTS, sent bts to auction.btsbots, memo is your price, in CNY/BTS

just transfer to account exchange.btsbots, with memo to claim what's you want to exchange
for a example, exchange CNY with USD,

You can also do it on the GUI . send the asset to exchange.btsbots with the memo of the asset you want .

1. BOTSCNY 是什么？
BOTSCNY 属于用户发行资产，它作为BTS内盘交易媒介，按约 1.0 BITCNY/BOTSCNY 的价格交易。
我们有专门的资金，提供做市商服务，同时开通了BOTSCNY对 BTS/USD/CNY/EUR/GOLD/SILVER/BTC 这7个市场。

2. 有什么作用？
随着内盘市场的逐渐成熟，各个资产之间的交易需求会越来越大，假如有10种资产需要交易，那么需要10×9/2 = 45 个市场才能满足需求。
因此需要一种类似 SHAESHIFT 的服务，提供任意两种资产的交换。
BOTSCNY 承担了类似的角色，通过BOTSCNY可以连接任意两个资产的交易。

3. BOTSCNY有什么风险？
BOTSCNY 属于用户发行资产，相对BITCNY，有一定的用户信任风险，因此建议不要长期持有，不要大额持有，买入后尽快卖出。
另外我们会严格选择资产，对高风险资产比如BTC会控制在较低持仓比例，因资产波动导致的风险，由投资人而非BOTSCNY持有者承担。
在BTS升级后，我们会应用多重签名等技术手段，把信任风险降到最低。

4. 如何加入我们？
首先我们会试运行一段时间，寻求更多可能的商业模式。之后，我们会在内盘发布资产，让更多人能从中获益，帮助BTS系统共同成长。

注：因系统限制，原 BITYUAN 不再使用，改用BOTSCNY

many people ask me to buy BITUSD or BITCNY to cover,
because there is not enough  bitusd and bitcny at market now. what ever price.
this is not fair to the short.
so I suggest to stop market engine emergency, any thought?

I have plan to spent much more time to work for BTS,
but I don't want to be a pay delegate, because I still have no clear roadmap.
I think many people want to work for BTS but have not ready to be a pay delegate, just like me.

so here is another way to be hired by blockchain
I will sell my personal asset PAYALT ,
I hope a group as a pay delegate can buy PAYALT, and pay for me with my asset after I have do something for BTS.
I hope there is a group like this, can hired more person, with low cost.
any thought?
