all people object at the first, then several witness agree with me, but they all change back to 1500 only because of BM said 1500 is right
finally when we change it back to 1100, many user have lost their money

almost all people object me, they say I do it for Chinese commilitee, they focus on who's fault but not the problem itself,

I ask correct the settlement's volume limit from 20% to 2%

I ask committee correct it before reenable settlement,
but they said they must keep their promise to reenable force settlement, even don't care about if this is a security problem.

as a traditional market shorter, when the bitCNY price is rise, I have two choise:
1. add collatereal to avoid margin call, and wait the price down.
2. quit short position imediately, avoid more lose.

but as a BTS wallet shorter, when the bitCNY price is rise, you have no choise, just wait to being rob:
1. you want to add collatereal to avoid margin call, sorry, I can ask force settlement for you.  don't say others can be settlement first than you,
     here we analize all shorter's risk, and what ever how high your collatereal is, you can't make sure you are run away from be settlement.
2. you want to quit short position, sorry, I  don't want to sell my bitCNY to you. don't say others can sell bitCNY to you. if I holder 100 bitCNY,
     there are always 100 bitCNY short position can't run away.

there are such an aditional risk for BTS wallet shorters, any aditional profit? sorry, I don't want to tell you about these now!
so, if you are not foolish, don't short at the BTS wallet.

the key is a bitCNY holder can buy any volume at the same price.
imagine bitCNY can peg at rate 1:1 now
1. somebody collect 200K bitCNY first
2. ask for settlement
3. after about 22 hours, before the settlement be executed, he sell 200K CNY at BTC38, maniuplate the price down
4. waitting the settlement execute

if exchange like BTC38 do this, it's more easy.
shorters will found, they always be sold at a low price
it's not because they are unlucky, it's because the stupid rule.
this will loop again and again, until all bitCNY short position be settlement and no more stupid shorter continue the game.

can't visit market BTC/BTS when ther are  force margin call order
