Actually proposal 1.14.188 is also over the 400K refund worker so they are both voted in. I will not support unless there is a clear 25% difference in votes. We need more people to weigh in on this. 先投票赞成，降了mcr和mssr之后，大家加了抵押，再改成不赞成，一下子就能把韭菜割光光， 连砸盘都省了。

你们先仔细想想，有多大机会砸到2毛，以及真砸到2毛的话有多大机会低价把筹码收回。
票太少 执行起来太慢 砸到两毛我们吸点筹吧蟹老板 增加点话语权降到1.01我都觉得大了，关键一帮冥顽不灵的老外大户不投票。尽可能低的MSSR可以在bitcny bitusd 产生高溢价的时候 促使bts持有者最大限度的抵押生产bitcny/bitusd 既保证了供应量也一定程度上消除了部分喂价 同时抵押者也可以获利 我认为如果见证人的喂价足够准确 MSSR101 乃至MSSR100都是可以试试的
当bitcny溢价的时候，说明市场上货币量不够，系统本来就不应当回收bitcny。
基本没有扩大风险，爆仓单吃不吃基本与mssr关系不大，下跌时1.1的mssr还是没人吃，上涨时没爆仓单还是有人买。
让bitcny溢价时爆仓单爆不掉，就是在市场缺乏bitcny时鼓励生产货币，bitcny的流动性和稳定性都会好很多。
如何当市场需要bitcny时提供足够的货币量呢？
市场需要bitcny->bitcny溢价->若溢价超过（mssr-1）->爆仓单爆不掉->鼓励bitcny的生产->bitcny供应量增加
这也是一条负反馈的路径，达到按需调节的目的。
但是需要两点保证这条路径才足够有效。
一是喂价要以内盘价*溢价作为底线。否则溢价再高，喂价不涨也不行。
二是mssr要足够低。否则要过高的溢价才能启动这条链路，而高溢价又限制了市场对货币的需求。
一步步来，先把USD的MCR降下来，再去攻CNY MSSR101。
USD的MSSR感觉暂时不适合降，等深度有了再说吧。
